Who it is for

Security questions now reach businesses without a security team

Customers, insurers and procurement teams ask smaller businesses to show their security. Most have the policies somewhere, and no way to tell what they add up to.

  • Asked to prove it

A customer, an insurer or a procurement questionnaire wants to know what security you have in place, and needs an answer you can stand behind.

  • Handed the job

You run operations, IT or finance, and compliance landed on your desk alongside everything else. You need a clear path, not a standard to read cover to cover.

  • Working toward a standard

You are preparing for Cyber Essentials or another framework and want to know what an assessor will find missing before they do.

How it works

From your documents to a plan

No questionnaires to fill in from scratch and no consultants to brief. Start with what you already have.

  1. 01 · Bring what you have

Upload the documents you already keep

Policies, procedures and records, as PDF or Word files. Nothing has to be rewritten into a template first.

  2. 02 · See where you stand

A clear position for every framework you choose

Each framework gets its own result, control by control, and every result names the document it rests on.

  3. 03 · Fix what matters first

A plan that starts with the biggest gains

Open gaps come with a plain recommendation, in the order that moves you forward fastest. Your team stays in charge of every decision.

What you get

Something you can stand behind

A readiness position is only useful if you can explain it to the person asking. e1NET is built so you can.

  • An answer for the questionnaire

When a customer or insurer asks what you have in place, you can show them, control by control.

  • Results you can explain

Every result points back to your own document, so you are never defending a number you cannot account for.

  • A plan, not a standard

Plain next steps instead of pages of clauses, with drafted policies ready for you to review where something is missing.

  • A report to hand over

A dated readiness summary for any framework, clearly marked as self-assessed and never presented as a certificate.

Frameworks

The frameworks your customers ask about

Assess one set of documents against several frameworks at once. Each keeps its own result, so progress in one is never counted toward another.

Security

How your evidence is protected

Stated as what the software does, not as adjectives.

Read the privacy notice
  • Sign in handled by Auth0

Authentication is delegated to Auth0. e1NET never sees or stores your password.

  • Your workspace is yours alone

Each organisation's data is kept separate, and that separation is enforced by the database itself as well as by the application.

  • Files are checked on arrival

Every upload is checked to be the document it claims to be before anything is done with it.

  • Every change is recorded

Results, decisions and changes to your evidence are written to an audit trail your team can review.

Questions

Straight answers

Something not covered here? Ask us directly and a person will answer.

Does e1NET certify my business?

No. e1NET gives you a self-assessed readiness position based on your own evidence. Cyber Essentials certificates are issued through IASME and its certification bodies, and ISO/IEC 27001 certificates by accredited certification bodies. e1NET gets you ready for that conversation and shows you what is missing before it happens.

Who makes the final call on a result?

Your team. e1NET prepares the results and the plan, and a person on your side can accept, correct or reject any of them. Every result records who decided it.

What documents should I upload?

Whatever you already keep: an information security policy, access control and password rules, a joiner and leaver process, backup and patching procedures, incident response notes. PDF and Word files are supported.

Do I need a security team?

No. e1NET is built for businesses that do not have one. Every gap comes with a plain recommendation, and e1NET can draft the policies you are missing for a person to review and approve.

Can I see it before signing up?

Yes. Request a demo and we will walk you through it with your own questions in mind.
